Research Services

PAH Library supports medical, allied health and nursing staff who are undertaking work related research activities. In this section you will find helpful information about composing, writing, publishing and presenting Health Sciences research. If you are PA staff member undertaking:

  • Clinical research or strategic literature review
  • Review of hospital services or processes
  • Preparations for health services audits
  • Professional projects or report composition
  • Design and composition of staff training

The PAH Library can assist you through:

  • Advice about planning and structuring research.
  • Training and support in the use of databases and search methods.
  • Lists of information resources and publications.
  • Training and support in bibliographic software such as Endnote.
  • Information about publishing and copyright.

Please Note: University researchers are encouraged to contact their Faculty Liaison Librarian for academic support and research assistance. Where you are completing a coursework qualification for academic credit (bachelor, diploma, masters) there is an expectation you will complete project research yourself. With library services providing research skills support.
